John W. Aramini
Owner and President
John founded Aramini Management in 2005 bringing his hands-on experience and expertise in sales, customer retention, business practice improvement, labor/workforce development and organizational development to establish this management and business consulting company.
He has maintained a track record of success working with business owners and senior management to improve their business practices and sustain their company’s growth.
Varied client groups and industries– banking, community based agencies, finance, law, education, marketing, publishing, medical and technology – have engaged Aramini Management to address their specific needs to maximize their performance. John worked with them to successfully overcome the typical systemic obstacles that interfere with attaining goals.
Having led a $44 million dollar sales division encompassing business and consumer sales, marketing, creative services and information systems involving over 100 staffers, John ensures his clients practical and immediate solutions based on real experience.
John has spoken at various trade shows and conferences. Management strategies for the business owner can be found on this website in his newsletter “Practical Solutions that Go to Work”.
He has developed the Sales Process Blueprint™ — a strategic sales program that helps organizations integrate the effective management of the sales cycle as part of their business practices.
John has earned the confidence and approval of multiple stakeholders including board members, business and organizational leaders, college executives, and government administrators based on his collaborative approach and track record of successfully translating strategy and policy into measurable outcomes
John earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Jersey City State University. He received additional training in counseling psychology in a doctoral program at New York University. John volunteers his time as a mentor of graduate students in counseling and organizational psychology at Columbia University TC. He resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife.
Ellen M. Aramini, Executive Vice President
Ellen has over twenty years’ experience in business start-ups, direct sales, business development, staffing, recruiting solutions and labor and workforce development programs.
Ellen created the job placement services department at a community college and directed all career placement services to students and graduates of occupational and certificate training programs, adhering to State and federal Dept of Labor grants performance measures. She consistently surpassed the DOL required job placement rate for grant funded training recipients working closely with local and regional construction, healthcare and staffing businesses, providing them with a skilled and trained workforce linked to their identified hiring needs.
Ellen managed a business start-up that under her direction, grew steadily for over twelve years. Ellen was also one of the first core members of a start-up team that grew a new staffing business to 22 branches during her tenure. As a general manager she played a role in acquisitions, marketing, policy, procedure, corporate sales and operations.
She has staffed diverse levels of personnel including health, public relations, accounting, information technology, sales, administrative, human resources and customer service. Industries serviced include hospitals, construction, banking, publishing, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, telecom, medical instrument, internet marketing, insurance businesses.
Ellen is a “Partners in Change Award” winner, presented by the National Network for Women’s Employment for her outstanding community efforts in supporting the education and employment efforts of women in transition in Bergen County.
Ellen wrote and secured competitive grants to bring counseling, skills training and employment opportunities to targeted needs groups in Bergen County including veterans and has volunteered her time at Hackensack University Medical Center.
